Mission Statement

To reduce cybercrime by implementing cyber offender prevention as an integral part of cyber policing in order to deter, divert, disrupt, and degrade cyber offenders.

    The InterCOP network is an international collaboration established in 2023 to connect law enforcement agencies and private stakeholders in the fight against cybercrime. Its primary focus is on offender prevention—sharing expertise and developing interventions to guide young, cyberskilled individuals away from cybercrime and toward legal, constructive careers. Based in the Netherlands and funded by the European Commission, the network currently consists of 38 countries working together to create a safer digital environment through proactive engagement.
