InterCOP is a project led by the Cyber Offender Prevention Squad of the National High Tech Crime Unit of the Netherlands Police. It is co-led by the Australian Federal Police, the Brazilian Federal Police, the Finnish National Bureau of Investigation, the Swedish Cybercrime Centre, the Portuguese Judiciary Police and Public Security Police, the United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency, the United States’ Homeland Security Investigations and Europol.
