Who are we?

Then we will delete your personal data. But sometimes we are obliged to retain your personal data for a longer period of time. For example, if the Public Records Act says so.
With whom may we share your personal data?
In principle, we do not share personal data with other parties (third parties). Unless there really is no other way, because it is necessary for the performance of our statutory tasks or if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if is is demanded in case of a suspicion of a crime). Then we may share personal data within the Netherlands, within the EEA, and sometimes also outside the EEA. In that case, we may share personal data with:

We will no longer process your personal data from that time. Unless there is (also) another legal basis for processing your personal data.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, we may ask you to identify yourself. For this purpose, we need some information about you, to make sure that you are the right person to whom the personal data belongs.
We will usually respond to your request within one month. This term can be extended with two months if the request is proven to be complex or tied to a specific right. You will be notified about a possible extension of this term within the first month.
If you wish to exercise any of your rights, you can make this known by contacting us via this form.
And do you want to file a complaint about the above procedure? Then you can contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of Politie Nederland. The DPO is independent and monitors whether we comply with the privacy legislation. You can contact the DPO by sending an e-mail.
