The Finnish National Bureau of Investigation has published a guidebook for guardians and educators about youth cybercrime. The Young People Online -guide contains information about youth cybercrime, cybercrime related legislation (in Finland), support for discussing cyber issues with youngsters, as well as a glossary of cyber-related terminology. In addition, the guide contains advice on how to deal with various problems online, such as how to report vulnerabilities or when to file a police report, and provides examples of legal opportunities in cyber.
